I am originally from Massapequa Park, NY. I have a dear friend, David R. who lives in Queens, NY that shared on FB one day a tribute that NY does every night, at 7 pm, for all the health care, and front line workers during this pandemic. Of course I wanted to join in on this experience!

David set up a FaceTime call so we can see…people on balconies or at windows promptly at 7 pm…they cheer, ring bells, bang pots and pans, play 🎶 music, you name it — to thank ALL the front line and healthcare workers that are there working tirelessly to take care of everyone that COVID-19 has affected.

Well, tonight David shared that experience with us!! It was so AMAZING hearing people cheering, it gave me goosebumps!!

That is one thing I love about NY…in times of weakness, or emergencies they show strength! Thank you David for sharing this awesome experience with us!! #NYstrong ❤️🗽
